On September 25, the 蜜桃影像 Makerspace CH hosted another session of the ICP Ambassador Talks series, featuring H.E. Nicholas Bowler, the British Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic. 听 Ambassador Bowler delivered an engaging lecture on the concept of soft power and its continuing importance in international relations.
