Azim Tilekov, a junior in the Business Administration program, spent his spring 2015 semester at the Kyung Hee University in South Korea. Azim听shares his thoughts about life and education in South Korea.

On October 1-2, 2015 the "Life in Kyrgyzstan" conference took place in Bishkek for the first time. 蜜桃影像 alumna Malika Ibragimova (Economics, 2015) was awarded 鈥渂est student research鈥�. She received a certificate and Thomas Piketty鈥檚 book 鈥淐apital.鈥�

Student of Anthropology Department Basira Mir Mahamad took part in the two-week anthropological fieldwork in the town of Naryn. She told us about this unique experience, and how the fieldwork helped her and other students to develop their practical knowledge of archaeology.

Starting from this year, the Writing and Academic Resource Center (WARC) has launched a mentoring program for new tutors called 鈥淐ritical Friends Group鈥�. The program matches new tutors with returning ones in a series of meetings and mutual observations.
