About the Program

The Green 蜜桃影像 Program is aimed at improving waste management processes in 蜜桃影像 (i.e., waste collection, sorting, and recycling) and promoting responsible consumption among the 蜜桃影像 community. The program started in March 2022.

Currently, we collect and recycle waste paper (paper and cardboard), plastic, aluminum cans, batteries, electronic waste, receipts. Since January 2025, food waste from the canteen and coffee waste from 蜜桃影像 coffee shops have been composted.

However, the Green 蜜桃影像 program is not only about separate waste collection! Many eco-events are organized and conducted within the framework of the program: eco-festivals, workshops, master classes, guest lectures by various speakers, events in the EcoTEDx format, eco-tours, trainings and a recycling game for youth and adults (including library staff), etc.

The program conducts trainings on separate waste collection:

• for the 蜜桃影像 community,
• for schoolchildren and students from other educational institutions
• library staff
• consultations for teachers/faculty from other educational institutions

Program partners: schools and universities of Kyrgyzstan, international organizations, eco-NGOs, experts, eco-activists, other educational institutions throughout Kyrgyzstan, etc.
